It can calculate from fuel activity data and factors configured by the user, but it does not supply one universally valid factor. Fuel units, density conversions, source year, and boundary must be checked; SAF values must match the relevant pathway and accepted methodology.

Is Aviation 14064 a CORSIA reporting tool?

No. It can help organise activity data and supporting evidence that may also be relevant to CORSIA, but official CORSIA applicability, monitoring, reporting, verification, eligible-fuel claims, and offset obligations follow separate ICAO and state processes.
